2. Entry into this promotion deems acceptance of these conditions of entry.
3. Employees and the immediate families of John Brennan Franchising their respective franchisees and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter/win. Entry is open to all members of the public over 18 years of age.
4. The competition commences on the 1st December 2009 and closes at 5pm on February 28th 2010.
5. To enter the promotion you simply need to send a headshot to jbface@jbhair.com.au or text an image to 0400 807 807.
6. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
7. There will be 3 runners up who will each receive $1500 worth of services to be used at any John Brennan salon. (with a maximum of $250 worth of retail items) This voucher will be valid for one year from date of issue. This voucher can be used in the salon of your choice, however, you must spend the entire amount in the same salon.
8. The runners & winner up will be announced on the 5th March 2010
9. The winner will receive a photoshoot with John Brennan Hair and will be the FACE of John Brennan for 1 year. They will also receive $2500 worth of services in the John Brennan salon of their choice (with a maximum of $500 to be spent on retail)
10. The runners up and winner will be selected by a panel of judges.
11. The runners up & winner will be notified by phone.
12. The prize must be taken as stated, it is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Any part of a prize that is not taken for any reason is forfeited.
13. Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. To the extent permitted by law the promoter, its employees, and agents shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, injuries, costs and expenses suffered sustained or incurred (including but not limited to indirect or consequential) as a result of, or arising out of, or in any way connected with this promotion and/or its prizes.
